By purchasing from our website (the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Heroes Ark
Heroes Ark is a UK-based online store specialising in the resale of authentic trading cards, including Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh!, as well as related accessories such as sleeves. We operate as a limited company and comply with relevant UK consumer laws.
2. Eligibility to Use Our Services
You must be at least 16 years old to place an order. By purchasing from our site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Product Listings
- All cards sold are authentic and original.
- We provide condition grading (e.g., Near Mint, Light Play) to the best of our ability.
- Cards are always in stock unless marked otherwise — we do not accept backorders.
- Customers can use our product request form to inquire about out-of-stock items or to offer their own cards for sale.
4. Order Processing and Packaging
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours the order is placed.
- Customers receive both an order confirmation and shipping confirmation, including tracking.
- All cards are securely packed in top loaders and sleeves by default at no additional cost.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£).
- We accept payment via PayPal, which also enables credit/debit card payments.
- Payment is taken immediately upon checkout.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders before shipment.
6. Shipping
We currently ship within United Kingdom only, Royal mail is our usual courier partner.

- Shipping to PO Boxes and BFPO addresses is supported.
- Once the package is handed to the courier, we are not responsible for loss or damage. Please contact Royal Mail directly for such issues.
- Pre-shipment photos are available upon request.
7. Returns & Refunds
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return by email.
- Returns are only accepted if the item is unopened and in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are processed immediately upon approval of a valid return.
- Opened items are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
8. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once the order is marked as shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
9. Selling Cards to Us
- Customers may submit cards for sale through our submission form.
- Offers are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- If a sale is agreed upon, payment is made via PayPal, bank transfer, or in-person (subject to location and agreement).
- Sellers must own the items outright and be legally entitled to sell them.
10. Accounts and Data Protection
- Customers may shop with or without creating an account.
- We store customer details securely and only use them for order fulfilment and communication.

- We use Independent Analytics to monitor website performance and traffic, which does not collect personally identifiable information.

- Customers may submit reviews and feedback through the website.
- All reviews are moderated and may be removed at our discretion.
- By submitting reviews or form content, you grant HeroesArk the right to use the content in our marketing materials, unless otherwise requested.
12. Discounts and Promotions
- Promotional codes may be offered at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to revoke or change any promotional offers without notice.
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

- We are not liable for any loss in card value, resale potential, or grading outcomes post-purchase.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by Royal Mail or other third parties.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
